Founder and Lead Agent of White Shark Homes, Kate is a native Cape Codder with a detailed knowledge of the towns and villages of the Cape. She believes in a commitment to the client, whether Buyer or Seller, and offers a exceptional level of creative digital and brand marketing for Sellers, and an eye for detail in negotiations, pricing, and moving the client through the numerous stages of the home Buying and Selling process.

She lives in Sagamore Beach with her family, where she is also known for her bestselling Young Adult novels. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.

Native Cape Codder, Kalli Conway, is a licensed Realtor with a BA in American History – well suited for Cape Cod’s robust history and our numerous historic homes. She has an eye for detail and a passion for research-oriented work, especially hunting down homes for first time buyers of her generation. She prides herself on a deep commitment to her clients and a life-long passion for the Cape and its unique landscape and ecology.

Currently the Librarian and EE Coordinator for an award winning International Baccalaureate High School, Sturgis West in Hyannis, she understands the unique challenges of living full time on the Cape, especially as a Millennial.

In the summer, she runs a top-rated Air BnB in Town Neck in Sandwich MA. She resides in Sagamore Beach with her family.

KATE PAZAKIS, REALTOR

Kate Pazakis is a historic home expert and history buff with a deep love for Cape Cod, antique homes, and real estate. After 25 years in NYC and LA, she and her husband returned to Cape Cod—her hometown—to raise their two kids in a famously haunted Tavern in historic Barnstable (why the heck not??)

Kate launched her real estate career in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but is now a Realtor with Keller Williams Cape Cod & Colonial Partners.

She has enjoyed a distinguished career in the arts, performing Broadway, traveling in national tours, playing Carnegie Hall, and was even a guest star on South Park. During her time in Los Angeles, she created the UMPO Series, which gained a cult following and was featured on Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, and The Hollywood Reporter. She also co-produced “American Idiot” on the West End in London, produced a weekly show for Jeff Goldblum, and was a backup singer for Carole King, Kristin Chenoweth, and Rosie O’Donnell.
